Standard payment options are available in the checkout (including PayPal, Amazon Pay, Visa), supplemented by country-specific providers (eg Giropay, EPS, Przelewy24, iDEAL).

How do you ship the items?

The articles are usually sent directly from the country of manufacture to the recipient. We only work with selected companies, so you can expect appropriate packaging and quick handling. This type of logistics enables lower prices - and without any additional risk for you, because you are buying from a German dealer.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time for Germany is shown on the article and usually takes about 2 (-3) weeks. (Unfortunately, due to the Corona crisis, delivery times may sporadically be somewhat longer, but this is not the rule). If you need faster delivery, take a look at ours Immediately available selection!
The delivery times for all other countries are difficult to estimate across the board. More precise information for individual article-country combinations Of course we are happy to transmit on request. Otherwise, please stand on a frame of about 10-25(35) days .

What about the customs?

You are buying from a German dealer. There are therefore no customs fees for buyers with a shipping address in Germany and the EU. For shipping outside the EU, country-specific import or customs fees may apply, which are then borne by the recipient.

Are you providing tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “There is currently no information available”.

Sometimes it takes 2-5 working days for the tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 working days ago and there is still no information in your tracking number, please contact us.

What if i don't receive my package?

If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you will of course receive a refund.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in an order are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Of course, there are no additional costs.

Cancellation and revocation of an order

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. It is possible that items that have not yet been packed / shipped can still be canceled free of charge. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed across the board. Otherwise, of course, there is always the option of canceling an order.

Where will the return be made in the event of a cancellation?

If you cancel your order, it will be returned to our German address. Further information can be found in the Cancellation Policy.
